Woman puts cat in wheelie bin

Wow, I hope they find this woman and toss HER in a trash bin!
No need for such behaviour. The cat wasn't even doing anything wrong.

    even if the cat was doing anything 'wrong', this is absolutely unacceptable and disturbing :-/
