CTV British Columbia - Video shows teen throwing puppies into river - CTV News


Absolutely disgusting display of evil I've ever seen!
My heart SUNK watching that witch throw those puppies into the river like they were nothing but rocks!! Very disturbing to say the least!! :(
I hope she rots!!

    That's sick. It takes a pretty messed up person to do something like that, it takes a pshycopath to film it.
